Quotes and pricing

Price ranges shown on this site are guidance based on typical jobs and are not a quote. Your price is the flat figure our technician gives you on site after diagnosing your specific door, and work only proceeds once you accept it.

Appointments

We give arrival windows rather than exact times. Traffic, weather and emergency call outs can move a window, and we'll contact you if that happens.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Commercial accounts may be arranged separately.

Warranty

Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship is covered for the period stated on your invoice. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, impact, storm, unauthorised adjustment, or normal wear on consumable parts.

Cancellation

Let us know as early as you can. Special order parts already purchased for your job may not be refundable.

Website content

Advice on this site is general information, not a substitute for an on site inspection. Garage door springs, cables and bottom brackets store dangerous amounts of energy and should not be worked on without training and the correct tools.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the work performed.
