That means torsion and extension springs, lift cables, drums, rollers, hinges, track, openers of every drive type, panels and sections, and complete new door installations. On the commercial side we handle rolling steel curtains, sectional doors, dock doors and jackshaft operators.

How we price

Every job gets a flat quote before anything is touched, and that quote is what appears on the invoice. There's no call out fee on a standard repair appointment. If the technician diagnoses the door and you decide not to proceed, you owe nothing.

We give realistic ranges on the phone too. We can't know your exact spring size before we see it, but we can tell you that a standard spring replacement lands between $180 and $420 in Texas, and anyone who won't give you a range at all is keeping their options open.

Repair before replace

Plenty of doors we're called to look at were quoted for full replacement by someone else. Often they need a $200 spring. We'll tell you when a repair is the right call, and we'll equally tell you when a door with cracked sections and rust through the bottom seam is past saving, because recommending a repair you'll regret is not a favour.
